Rethinking the management of innovation labs - Survey of practices and intent

Welcome!

You are about to begin a strategy-oriented self-assessment for your lab. This questionnaire is part of an ongoing research on the design and management of innovation labs.

The questionnaire is composed of 6 sections that will lead you to reflect from how the lab was designed to how it works today. By filling it out, you will find a guide that will help you assess your lab's results and visualize new strategies for the future.

This questionnaire takes about 40 minutes to complete and progress can be saved to continue when it suits you best.
